For US direct orders, within 30 days of receipt, new and unworn footwear, apparel and select gear can be returned for:
a one-time free exchange for size or color, a one-time free return for store credit (once issued, credit is non-refundable) or a flat $9 return for refund. If an item is returned worn, a $25 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.

Sizing Note: FS Slide is only available in full sizes. We recommend going up to the nearest full size - for example if you’re typically size 7.5, buy size 8. FS-Slide was intended to fit snug out of the box so it holds more securely to your foot for walking or casual golf - but it will break into your foot shape over time. If you prefer a roomier, relaxed fit, more akin to a ‘slide feel’, please go up to the nearest full size - i.e. you’re typically a size 7, buy 8. Or Typically a 7.5, consider a 9 for a roomier, relaxed option.
