We do not knowingly collect racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric identifiers, health information, precise geolocation, or information about sex life or sexual orientation.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, manage your account, provide customer support, process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, operate our Rewards Program, send marketing communications you have consented to receive, personalize your experience, measure and improve our sites and marketing, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use or disclose personal information for purposes materially different from those described here without providing notice.

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law this is treated as "sharing," and under certain other state laws it may be treated as a "sale," even though we do not receive money in exchange for it.

Specifically, we disclose identifiers, internet and network activity, commercial information, approximate geolocation, and inferences to advertising and analytics partners including Meta Platforms, Google, Klaviyo, Attentive, and Microsoft so that they can measure our advertising and show you TRUE advertisements on other services.

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

You may opt out at any time. See Section 6.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to know and access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, along with the sources, purposes, and recipients.
  • Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale and sharing. Direct us to stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
  • Right to data portability. Receive your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right. Differences tied to our Rewards Program are described in Section 7.
  • Right to appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing help@truelinkswear.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond within 45 days, or 60 days where permitted by applicable state law.

Opt out of sale and sharing. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

Opt out of email. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP to any text message from us.

Global Privacy Control. We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control and other browser-based universal opt-out preference signals as a valid opt out of sale and sharing for the browser transmitting the signal.

Verification. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct. We typically do this by matching information you provide against our records or by confirming that you control the email address associated with your account.

Authorized agents. You may designate an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization from you and verification of your identity.

Timing. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. We may extend this once by an additional 45 days and will notify you if we do.

7. Notice of Financial Incentive: TRUE Rewards

Our Rewards Program offers points, discounts, and member benefits in exchange for enrollment, which requires you to provide personal information including your name, email address, and purchase history.

  • Material terms. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and may redeem them for discounts and rewards as described in the program terms.
  • How to join. Enroll at truelinkswear.com/pages/loyalty.
  • How to withdraw. Email help@truelinkswear.com or call 253.584.8770 to cancel your membership. Withdrawing forfeits any unredeemed points.
  • Good faith estimate of value. We estimate the value of the personal information provided by program members to be approximately $[VALUE] per member per year. This estimate is calculated using the expense method, based on the total value of benefits conferred on program members divided by the number of participating members.
  • Why the incentive is permitted. The value of the benefits we offer is reasonably related to the value of the personal information provided to TRUE.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and session-replay technology on our sites.

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the cart, checkout, and site security.
  • Analytics. Measure traffic and site behavior. Includes Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Advertising. Support ad targeting and measurement. Includes the Meta pixel and Google Ads tags.
  • Functional. Remember your preferences and power live chat.

You can manage advertising cookies through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer, and you can control cookies generally through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of our site from working.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 2, or longer where required by law for tax, warranty, or litigation purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

11. Children

Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at help@truelinkswear.com and we will delete it.

12. SMS and Text Messaging

If you elect to receive marketing text messages from us, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional messages, which may include cart abandonment messages, sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. This service is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email help@truelinkswear.com. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Neither we nor wireless carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected in connection with our text messaging program may include your mobile number, your carrier, and the date, time, and content of messages. We use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our site.
