30 Day Footwear Trial

We want you to be thrilled with your new TRUE footwear so we still offer a limited 30-day trial for any new footwear purchased directly through truelinkswear.com. We suggest trying on your shoes inside, before they are worn, to ensure proper fit and feel. However, if you do wear them outdoors and determine they’re not ideal within the first 30 days, you can arrange a one-time return for store credit or standard refund. A $25 trial fee will be deducted from your refund and a prepaid return ship label will be provided. You can utilize the 30 day trial once per calendar year. Applies to domestic orders only.

Returns

For US direct orders, within 30 days of receipt, new and unworn footwear, apparel and select gear can be returned for: a one-time free exchange for size or color, a one-time free return for store credit (once issued, credit is non-refundable) or a flat $9 return for refund. If an item is returned worn, a $25 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.

Second Chance | Final Sale

Second Chance models may contain new, slightly blemished, or gently used merchandise. All Second Chance models are FINAL SALE ONLY and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any trial period. Original warranties are not valid on Second Chance items. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or any warranty coverage.

What information does TRUE Linkswear Collect?

When you purchase products through the Website or otherwise fill out any forms located on the Website, we may collect certain Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, phone number, and credit card or other payment information. Please try on your items to ensure size and fit before removing any tags or wearing/washing. If something is not quite right, we are here with options to help within 30 days of receipt.

Free Exchange
Need a new size or color? Rest easy, as new and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be exchanged for free, once within 30 days. Limited to 1 free exchange for size or color.

Free Return for Store Credit
Want something different? New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be returned for full store credit (digital gift card) for free. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

Flat Rate Returns
Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund back to original payment. A $9 shipping fee is withheld from the refund and TRUE provides a prepaid return ship label.

The above applies to domestic orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable. For APO boxes, Puerto Rico and US Territories, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at help@truelinkswear.com to request a return authorization.

Exchange & Store Credit Processing
Once your return for exchange or store credit is dropped off and 'in transit' back to us, your exchange order will be placed or store credit will be issued. If you are returning for a refund, TRUE inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition, so please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to process and settle from the time received at TRUE HQ.

Refund Processing
If you have mailed back your return, once delivered back to TRUE HQ, please allow for up to 10-15 business days for for your return to process and refund to be issued. If you have dropped off your return at a boxless/labeless drop-off location, please allow for up to 20-30 business days for your return to process and refund to be issued. Our returns team confirms and inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition before approving a refund, so we appreciate your patience in advance.

TRUE Footwear Trial

If you order direct and put your TRUE footwear to the test (wear them outside) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, you can set up a one-time return for store credit or refund here.
A $25 trial fee will apply. A prepaid return ship label will be provided.
Limited to one pair of worn footwear per calendar year. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Not applicable for purchase made outside truelinkswear.com.

Defect Warranty Policy

Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion. If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUE's, send us an email with pictures and a brief description of the issue or chat with us during office hours.
We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and photo of item handy.

Waterproof Warranty Policy

Some TRUE's are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model.

If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

Submit your claim by emailing us at the link below. Please provide an explanation of the issue, photo of the pair and proof of the original purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

Warranties may be void if purchased secondhand, outside of TRUElinkswear.com or through unauthorized retail partners.

Where is my order?

We’ll keep you updated via email through your entire order, from order placement to delivery. You’ll receive an order confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation as soon as the carrier makes the pickup. From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners. If you create a store account as you checkout, you will be able to check your order status there as well.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are typically not able to change it as our team works fast. TRUE can ship your order to any domestic US address including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO boxes. Free economy (ground) shipping can be earned for orders over $150 shipping to US States. Shipping fee will apply PR, APO boxes or to US Territories.

Free domestic economy (ground) shipping for all orders over $150. We offer a flat shipping fee of $9 for ground for order under $150. In a hurry? We don't blame you - just pay the difference and we'll get your TRUEs to you in 1-3 business days once they ship. ($25 per pair for 2 day and $55 per pair for overnight).

PR, APO or US territories: Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail for a flat rate of $15 for 1-2 pair. Flat rate may be higher for larger orders.
