Return Shipping
If you purchased Redo+, return shipping is free.
Without Redo+, the customer pays return shipping.
Shoes must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Returns Made Simple
If it’s not the right fit, you can return new and unworn shoes within 30 days for:
• A full refund* to your original payment method, or
• Store credit toward your next pair
Redo+ covers return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs apply.
Easy Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
• New, unworn shoes are eligible for exchange within 30 days.
• If Redo+ was selected at checkout, return shipping is on us.
• Without Redo+, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If Your Return Shows Minor Wear
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If shoes show minor wear (light marks or signs of use) and can’t be sold as new, they may be moved to our Second Chance program.
If that happens:
• We’ll notify you after inspection
• You’ll receive store credit, minus a $15 processing fee
This helps offset the reduced value of the product.
Beyond 30 Days
We’re unable to offer refunds after 30 days.
• Exchanges may still be available
• A $15 processing fee applies
Heavily Worn Shoes
Shoes that show clear signs of wear - on the course or outdoors - aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
Our policy is designed for indoor try-on only.
TRUE Returns Portal

Shoes must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. If you purchased Redo+, return shipping is free. Exchange & Store Credit Processing
Once your return for exchange or store credit is dropped off and 'in transit' back to us, your exchange order will be placed or store credit will be issued. If you are returning for a refund, TRUE inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition, so please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to process and settle from the time received at TRUE HQ.
Refund Processing
If you have mailed back your return, once delivered back to TRUE HQ, please allow for up to 10-15 business days for for your return to process and refund to be issued. If you have dropped off your return at a boxless/labeless drop-off location, please allow for up to 20-30 business days for your return to process and refund to be issued. Our returns team confirms and inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition before approving a refund, so we appreciate your patience in advance.
Defect Warranty Policy
Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.
If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUE's, send us an email with pictures and a brief description of the issue or chat with us during office hours.
We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and photo of item handy.
Waterproof Warranty Policy
Some TRUE's are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model.
If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.
Submit your claim by emailing us at the link below. Please provide an explanation of the issue, photo of the pair and proof of the original purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.
Warranties may be void if purchased secondhand, outside of truelinkswear.com or through unauthorized retail partners.
Retail Partner orders
If you purchased your TRUEs from one of our retail partners or on Amazon, please reach out to them directly to request a return or exchange as they processed your original order.
Where is my order?
We’ll keep you updated via email through your entire order, from order placement to delivery. You’ll receive an order confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation as soon as the carrier makes the pickup.
From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners.
If you create a store account as you checkout, you will be able to check your order status there as well.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are typically not able to change it as our team works fast. Please email our customer care team at the link below as soon as you need assistance and we will do our best to expedite a solution.
Don’t worry though, we have you covered with our return or exchange program if a change could not be facilitated.
Domestic
TRUE can ship your order to any domestic US address including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO boxes. Free economy (ground) shipping can be earned for orders over $99 shipping to US States. Shipping fee will apply PR, APO boxes or to US Territories.
Canada
You can shop our new Canada direct website at truelinkswear.ca. As we have this Canada direct website, we do not currently ship from our US Headquarters.
International Partners
You can shop TRUE Australia/New Zealand at truelinkswear.com.au.

Domestic
Free domestic economy (ground) shipping for all orders over $99. We offer a flat shipping fee of $9 for ground for order under $99. In a hurry? We don't blame you - just pay the difference and we'll get your TRUEs to you in 2-3 business days once they ship. ($25 per pair for 2-3 day expedited shipping and $60 per pair for overnight).
PR, APO or US territories: Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail for a flat rate of $15 for 1-2 pair. Flat rate may be higher for larger orders.
Fulfillment
To support our continued growth, we’ve moved our warehouse operations to a larger facility. With this transition, please allow two business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday, as we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
