We suggest trying on your shoes inside, before they are worn, to ensure proper fit and feel. However, if you do wear them outdoors and determine they’re not ideal within the first 30 days, you can arrange a one-time return for store credit or standard refund. A $25 trial fee will be deducted from your refund and a prepaid return ship label will be provided. You can utilize the 30 day trial once per calendar year. Applies to domestic orders only. Does not apply to Second Chance products as they are final sale.

Second Chance models may contain new, slightly blemished, or gently used merchandise. All Second Chance models are FINAL SALE ONLY and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any trial period. Original warranties are not valid on Second Chance items.

For US direct orders, within 30 days of receipt, new and unworn footwear, apparel and select gear can be returned for: a one-time free exchange for size or color, a one-time free return for store credit (once issued, credit is non-refundable) or a flat $9 return for refund.
