30-Day Trial

If you have put your new TRUEs to the test (worn condition) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, simply reach out and we can arrange a return for refund or store credit. A cleaning fee of $15 will be withheld from your refund so that we can recondition the pair and minimize waste. You can utilize the 30 day trial once per calendar year. Applies to domestic orders only.

Returns

Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a prepaid FedEx ship label for your original return. If an item is worn, a $15 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial. International orders may be returned up to 45 days of receipt, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What information does TRUE Linkswear Collect?

When you purchase products through the Website or otherwise fill out any forms located on the Website, we may collect certain Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, phone number, and credit card or other payment information. It is always your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information. If you choose not to provide requested Personal Information, you may not be able to use certain features of the Website.

These may include cart abandon messages. Message frequency varies. This service is optional and is not a condition for purchase. Start your exchange or return here through our easy to use and convient returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order. Just have your order number and email address handy. Items must be in new/unworn conditon to qualify for a free return. We offer a free exchange for size or color, or you can set up a free return for store credit or refund. Applies to US orders only.

Domestic Return Policy

Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a prepaid FedEx ship label for your original return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
The returns window for holiday purchases and gifts will be extended through January 31st to allow time for returns of new and unworn items after Christmas.
If an item is worn, a $15 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.

New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund however the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you put your TRUE footwear to the test (wear them outside) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, you can set up a one-time courtesy return or exchange here. A $15 fee will apply per pair of worn footwear. You can utilize the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Applies to domestic orders only.

International

We do not currently offer a 30 day trial for international orders.

Defect Warranty Policy

Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion. If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUE's, send us an email with pictures and a brief description of the issue or chat with us during office hours.
We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and photo of item handy.

Waterproof Warranty Policy

Some TRUE's are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model.

If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

Submit your claim by emailing us at the link below. Please provide an explanation of the issue, photo of the pair and proof of the original purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

Warranties may be void if purchased secondhand, outside of TRUElinkswear.com or authorized retail partners.

Where is my refund?

TRUE processes refunds within 10-15 business days of your return being received and inspected at TRUE HQ. If returning for store credit, the credit will be issued and sent via email as soon as the return shipment receives its first carrier scan.

Where is my order?

We’ll keep you updated via email through delivery. You’ll receive confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation. From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners. If you create a store account as you checkout, you will be able to check your order status there as well.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are typically not able to change it as our team works fast. Please email our customer care team at the link below as soon as you need assistance and we will do our best to expedite a solution. Don’t worry though, we have you covered with our no hassle return or exchange program if a change could not be facilitated.

Domestic

Free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $100. We offer a flat shipping fee of $10 for ground for order under $100. In a hurry? We don't blame you - just pay the difference and we'll get your TRUEs to you in 1-3 business days once they ship. ($15 per pair for 2 day and $55 per pair for overnight).

PR, APO or US territories: Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail for a flat rate of $15 for 1-2 pair. Flat rate may be higher for larger orders.

International

Orders shipping internationally will be calculated at checkout, price when added to cart may include currency conversion, shipping, taxes and duties.
