01 / WHY WE MADE IT
Stiff shanks, raised heels, tapered toes. Fine for standing around a clubhouse. Not fine for the five miles you actually walk. We were sore, blistered, and out of options — so we made the shoe we wanted for ourselves.
Selfish innovation. Flat platform, natural foot shape, waterproof and soft. It looked wrong on a shelf in 2009 and felt right the second you walked in it. Fourteen years later we've refined the OG instead of replacing it.
