Shoes, apparel and gear can be returned/exchanged when new/unworn within 30 days of receipt. We offer free return shipping for exchanges or store credit. If you need a refund, we'll send you a label and a $9 restocking fee will apply (withheld from refund).

We offer free shipping for any exchange/store credit request in your first 30 days. Items must be new/unworn, in original packaging.

Didn't find what you were looking for, or want to read through all the details of our policies?
We want you to love your new TRUEs. If you don't, we are here to help. If you have put your new TRUEs to the test and but they are not ideal within the first 30 days, then reach out and we can arrange a return or exchange. A shipping/handling fee may apply per the condition of the shoes.
Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve it! All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 60 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.
If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, send us a request via the button below.
We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and photo of item handy.
Some TRUEs are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model.
If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them ONE time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner.
Submit your claim by clicking the button below. Please provide an explanation of the issue, photo of the pair and proof of the original purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.
Warranties may be void if purchase secondhand, outside of TRUElinkswear.com or authorized retail partners.
For US orders, in the first 30 days, we offer free return shipping on exchanges or store credit requests for new/unworn shoes or items.

We do not offer free return shipping on international orders, but for any exchange, we will cover the shipping on your exchange order.
