Q: I have a wide foot - will TRUEs fit?

A: TRUEs are designed to accommodate the natural shape of the foot. A snug fit heel section and wider toe box allow the foot to function naturally, comfortably.

 

Q: How are your shoes different?

A: Comfort! Our shoes are light, flexible, and easy to wear. We select the best materials and implement the best construction methods to ensure comfort and protection on the course (and off if you so choose). 

 

Q: Where are TRUEs available?

A: Mainly, we offer our product directly to you through this website in order to provide the greatest value to our loyal customers. We have a few retail partners and golf shops that we select that carry our shoes, but the best spot to find the latest releases will always be here at truelinkswear.com.

 

Q: Are TRUEs insoles removable?

A: Of course. You can add your own orthotics and inserts or simply replace it with one of ours.

 

Q: Does TRUE have a spiked golf shoe?

A: We have in the past. Check our Outlet tab in the footer navigation for remaining styles but currently do not feature our new styles with traditional soft spikes. Our stance is simple. Besides being motivated to make shoes that can adapt to whatever terrain you face (i.e. rubber spikeless outsoles), spikes are pretty uncomfortable. Besides that research indicates our spikeless outsoles perform just as well in any lie or condition. Be comfortable, play well, #enjoythewalk

 

Q: Do you make TRUEs for women or kids?

A: Not as of right now. We understand the ladies and kiddos want comfortable style for the course too so it’s something we’re working on. Keep checking in and bugging us about it in the interim. Many of our models are considered unisex, so you can always convert sizing by 1.5 sizes i.e. a M7.5 converts to a W9.

 

Q: Do you sell any accessories?

A: Yes, we make and sell TRUE Gear – beyond just shoes themselves. Check out what we currently have available (here).

 

Q: Can I purchase replacement insoles?

A: Sure can – click here to update your look or revitalize your feet.

 

Q: Are gift cards available for purchase?

A: Yes, click here to share a pair or two (or more ;) ) with somebody! We have E-gift cards available in any amount.

 

Q: Are your shoes waterproof?

A: Yes, our latest offerings boast the best waterproofing available in the industry. We utilize full bootie waterproofing technology, often only used in extreme outdoor shoes, tested to three times the industry standard (50k+ Step Dynamic WP Test to be nerdy about it). We guarantee this waterproof bootie  to keep you dry on and off the course for 2 years.

 

Q: My feet are getting wet, what can be done?

A: First make sure you’re not just standing in a puddle barefoot. Next, if it’s happening while you’re in your TRUEs, we do warranty our footwear for waterproofing for up to 2 years depending on the model. If you feel your shoes fall under this warranty, please reach out via email and present the following info to speed things up: Original purchase date, where you purchased, and what’s going on. One of our Customer Experience associates will work with you toward a resolution quickly! We will review each case independently and reserve the right to warranty a pair or not warranty a pair at our discretion.

 

SHIPPING

 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Continental US, HI & AK and Canada currently. We are hoping to expand to other regions and countries in the future!

 

Q: How do you ship?

A: All US orders are shipped via ground transportation. If you can’t wait that long, we’ve got you covered with EXPEDITED options.

 

Q: How much does TRUE charge for shipping?

A: FREE...for all domestic orders over $160. Ordering less? It will cost a small, flat fee of $9 for Ground shipping. In a hurry? We don’t blame you. Just pay the difference and we’ll get your TRUEs to you in 1-2 business days once they ship. Are you our neighbor to the north (Oh, Canada)? We charge a flat rate of $35 for international ground shipping. You’ll be responsible for the duties and taxes.

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: Right now, only to our neighbors up north (Canadia). We’re working on ways for everyone to be able to purchase a pair but in the meantime, pay us a visit in the USA – the shoes are worth it!

 

ORDERS

 

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?

A: We’ll keep you updated via email. You’ll get confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when you’re order is on the move! From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners.

 

Q: Can I cancel / change my order?

A: We work quickly and don’t have the systems to accommodate cancelling or changing once your order is made. Don’t worry though, we’ll take care of you with our no hassle return or exchange program. We appreciate your patience!

 

Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: Orders placed via our website should arrive in 8-10 business days with standard shipping. If you select a quicker mode of transportation, expect to see them even sooner!

 

Q: What is TRUE’s return/exchange policy?

A: You didn’t like your TRUEs? Need a different size? No worries, we appreciate you trying a pair! You have 30 days to get them back to us; we’ll even cover the return shipping (on domestic orders). If you’re trying a new pair/size, we’ll send out the replacement at no charge to you once your original pair is received. After 30 days is up, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping but we’ll still take care of a refund or exchange as long as the shoes are in new, unworn condition. You have up to 90 days to return for a full product refund, original shipping cost does not apply.
